When membership is cancelled, how does admin know?

I am using Paypal Payflow. If a person cancels his membership, it is not cancelled in Paypal Payflow. How can the admin be notified to cancel the billing so the ex-member is not continually billed? I receive an email when someone joins but no email that someone has cancelled. Is there a setting I missed?

Hi Anton,

 

Thanks for responding. When a member is in their account, they click on Unregister to cancel. This does not shut off Paypal Payflow billing. There is no email to the admin to manually cancel charges to the ex-member, unless I missed a setting. Is there some mod that will resolve this so we can add it to this existing site?
