You didn't do anything wrong. Loads of people have this - it's fine in IE and broken in Firefox. I've posted about this and got no reply. Basically, don't buy their cruddy CMS they won't give support on.

Really, who doesn't test on FireFox??

Er... Use different CMS software? Joomla? Drupal? You can't "forget" 20% of the browser market. Leave Orca in the recycle bin where it belongs.
