Android's BoonEx app version has a bug, some code is required in order to select some files for upload. We have already talked with BoonEx admins and they will take account of it when publishing a new version. See the link below.

Hi, the only notifications that you receive is like Boonex messages (red bubble).
Think that if you receive push-notifications, you must add native code in Android devices and iOS devices (compile and upload to the market), and not all users have a Prime license and can do rebranding in the application.
(at the request of many users) we plan to deploy "push-notifications" for this module, but logically users who want to have this option, they must be licensed to do the rebranding mobile.

Please i need this module installed, i tried twice and it says license expired. I don't care about the uploading of photos or videos, obviously boonex loves to make us wait by upgrading or fixing bugs, so i can deal with the one on one chat and group chat. It's been like a week and all that you say is your very busy, etc...... i am a client and purchased the mod. Everyday is a new beginning. |
Boonex is really messing things up if they have to fix there bugs. I can't delete a chat, i get a bunch of code errors, they are forcing people to buy the license for a mobile app that look s like crap, i would like a refund on both photo app, and whatChat if they can't resolve this by the end of this week. I am sorry but all of you developers have to put pressure on boonex to get moving ASAP!!! This is the last mod i buy!!! Everyday is a new beginning. |
In NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM am i saying your products are bad, cause i will buy from you guys always when you have something new or that i need, but what i am trying to say is boonex needs to get up and face reality that they are fu**ing everything up. We who paid big money to get their name out of our site, now on certain mods we have to wait or pay more. That is a bunch of b*llsh*t. There is no delete button and it does not work. If i have a problem with a product i can say i don't like it, its a free country. You installed the product and never mentioned anything about what is next, keep your money i uninstalled your product anyway. You did not complete it, nor asked me what email to use The menu does not even work. Everyday is a new beginning. |

Things may not always be 100% functional, so therefore i owe an apology to these guys. They have always been there and more to help me. I was going through a rough time and let my emotions get the best of me, but words can not explain now that we have put the past in the past how these guys are working on my site. I have now been waiting for a response to my request for support for over 5 days why do you guys not provide any support to customers who purchase your modules? If you cannot provide a service I suggest you remove all your modules from here and move on. You are giving Dolphin Boonex users a bad and costly experience. |
