Yes, Xcode. 

as a precaution, if you needed to ask what you need to modify the iphone app, you most possibly will not have the greatest of times at that attempt. since if you dont know the elementary tools required, then most probable that you would not know how to modify the source once you fgured out what it was that you needed.
