What file has Dolphin DB username & password in?

Hey Guys -

I can't find the config file that would contain username/pass for Dolphin database.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

 It is in inc/header.inc.php

I sure hope that he just 'forgot' his user/pass for the his database and nothing else.... hehe :)

Zarcom - migrating to new server, and using Plesk server app - database names had to be changed and blah blah blah...
