What does it mean by Not Processed sound? Help?

When i upload sounds in my websites and i submit it, it says "You have 1 Not processed sound(s) in this folder."

How do i fix that? What error or misconfiguration is causing that? Please help me.

Sound are processed by ffmpeg just like videos, to make sure that they are in proper format and bitrate.

They are processed when the cron job is run (by default every 5 minutes).

So, check if cronjobs are setup properly and you have correct ffmpeg binary.
