What dedicated server for 2 Dolphin sites?

Hello,

i want to move from a shared hosting to a dedicated server.
I plan to run
2 Dolphin sites on it. Both will use RMS which
should run on the same machine.

What system specifications to you advise for this?
How much disk space should i reserve for both sites?

greetings

quad-core

8 GB RAM

1 TB Dual Drives

would get you started. you can opt for muchless power, but if there is any usage on your sites, anything less, you will see a performance depreciation.

Just configured a server on Host4Web which was (2) 2TB drives,  dual processor quad core and 24GB of ram which has plenty of power for now and future growth. They have excellent support and am very pleased

I have leased a virtual server from webmasters.com for around 8 years. They are not the cheapest, but they have great security, great support and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a secure and stable hosting environment. However, they are not a 'certified' boonex host.

it doesnt  matter if a host is boonex certified or not, all that really amounts to is they are paying boonex for the referals.

nothing special about a boonex certified host.

Some of the boonex certified hosts have no idea whatsoever about how to handle the software and are useless. *cough* arvixe *cough*
