I got a stupid question for you. I have not used Dolphin 7 much in the last few months because of working on other business stuff. My site really like just sat there. For the life of me I can not find in Dolphin 7.0.7 were to give someone admin capabilities. Can you tell me how?

you are looking for something that doesn't exist,  needs  to be done via database select profiles select a user u want to make admin edit and change the ROLE to 3 , don't forget to clear cache after the changes.

You can also do this using Deanos Tools, a free module in the market.

Yeah check this one out = You can assign anybody to be admin without doing it old style. ( database )
