And it snowed last night. And a bunch of frozen rain crap.

I want the snow to go away.

I lived in Illinois when I was 12-14 years old, and remember how I hated the weather then.

I really don't know how humans can live in weather like those of Canada or Siberia type countries.

I mean really, stuck inside with the same people day after day!

Screw that, move to Florida like I did! You won't regret it! lol

Today's high will be around 77ºF, perfect time to get some car repairs done.

I was in Florida recently.  It's one giant nursing home.  I don't think I saw anybody under 80 years old the whole time I was there.

I'm no longer amazed that some people think this: "I really don't know how humans can live in weather like those of Canada or Siberia type countries."  Not all of Canada has persistent sub-zero (often below -20c) winters for 5+ months... though I lived in such a place for many years.  Some places barely get any snow... where I live now :-)

Nice, I would have more flowers in the front garden if I lived there.

I use to watch some Canadian broadcasts on my old C-Band; not in service any more; and would see the winter forecast for some areas of Canada and would think "Ouch!".

Well, most of CA I thought.

From the weather I see, I have no desire for it. I can always vacation there.

HL, your in the wrong places then, venture out of the Mayo clinic next time and visit the beaches.

Moving to FL has been on my mind for several years now.

I do however dislike bugs with a passion. And i hear FL is loaded with them, and much larger than up north. I don't know tho. I have been watching the temps in the Keys all winter and was wishing i could afford to move.

I love Orygun! Sure, it rains sometimes but I've never owned an umbrella. It ain't so bad like it is up north like Seattle. Almost never gets too cold here even in the winter.

The Florida Bugs.. Haha

I do HATE those! That is why I bought a house with concrete foundation, walls with plaster and total coverage in stucco.

Keeps them out! Those things will make me run into the damn wall!

Not to forget the always present "banana spiders;" those I have to run from too.

I have lived in NJ and Florida. Florida is great for things to do, but Job market is poor. In NJ the changes in seasons are amazing to behold. In any case, being near family or friends makes all the difference.
