Website not working on 3g Connection

Hi does anyone know why my site doesn't work on a 3g connection? It did and now all of a sudden it doesn't. Other websites on my server i can see on 3g but not mine.

Thanks

Most likely, you, like me have a 3g connection with receives a dhcp leased ip that has been banned by the dns, hosting network, etc. Yay for large lease pools <.<
