Being that I have done ton of dev work with Dolphin, created numerous dating sites, social site and a multitude of apps (iOS and Android) I have spent the past year working on webcams.
Now of course the Dolphin platform cannot support the type of services required for running a complete platform, I had to customize the service and platform for this.
(I am working on a module to integrate some of the functions etc if there is a need) Yes of course these are Adult, not cams of your puppies or kittens. (well maybe... err)
Or I might just take on a partner or sell the webcam sites themselves. .. lol dunno
