Web Presense on firefox

i hope that i open this topic at the right place. can web presense work on firefox? So yes, what do I have to do?

someone says to me that web presense isn't working on firefox, is that right?

The thing with your presence is something that firefox3 sometimes doesnt like, amongst other things. If you have google toolbar installed, its reported that this makes it worse, so try to disable any plugin to firefox you have, see if that improves the situation for you. On the whole though, firefox along with flash10 combination, just doesnt like the ray too much
