Web Presence Image cut off

Hi, When I click on webpresence, the image is cut off at the end towards the right side, here is an image of what I mean,,I tried looking for a table on the ray php files but didn't find any..Thanks...

I figured it out on my own. In case anyone has the same problem, here is the solution:

Go to this directory and find this php file:

ray/modules/presence/inc and look for constants.ini.php in that directory, open the php file and towards the bottom, you will see the width for the table. Hope I can save someone 2 days like it took me...

And now my presence window is only loading .... and in the admin - ray suite section nothing works!!!

Even when I uploaded my backup file.
