Warning fopen failed to open stream

Hello,

after instalation one of my latest backups, cause of a bigger Problem, my users allways get a warning when they login.

Its only a warning, evertyhing does well.

I post a pic and hope someone could help me.

Problem fixed. It was the chmod for the user.phps.
