Warning Permission Dened Message

Kindly help, i am getting this error message on my home page. Does any one have a solution?

Check the permissions of your cache folder.  Should be set to triple 7

Thanks> i reinstalled> it's a fresh site. I just changed the permission to 777. That was not in the installation guide though.

In such cases you can even clean all *.php files in cache folder (this is profile caches)

And of course - have necessary permissions to cache folder (a+w or 777)
