2. We've opted for a wider layout, which, admittedly, didn't work for many, so we've added a thin one that you get automatically, when browser screen is resized. 3. Market browsing pages were converted to 3 (2 in narrow mode) column layout, instead of 1 column. This arrangement is rather typical for online stores nowadays and is generally familiar for freshers. 4. The product pages are now 100% wide, giving vendors more space to insert sceenshots (this was the single most important driver behind "wider" idea - we wanted sceenshots to be accommodated). 5. The whole site is generally using larger fonts, which are, more legible. 6. We do listen, and gradually make improvements, adjusting fonts, adding extra "buy now" buttons, testing different browsing options, adjust menu sizes, etc. 7. Sales deterioration is not uncommon for version-upgrade period. This affects us as well, and knowing about poor conversions we also hold back on some advertising that we normally do. This should return to normal with full version, and some push. Beta 2 is almost here, and release will follow shortly after. We're also going to promote some of the 7.1-compatible products to re-activate things. 8. License price is not an "admission ticket" with Dolphin. Admission ticket is free. License is a VIP ticket, and "VIP" clients are also the kind that's later passed on to buying more and being better to deal with when working with Unity vendors. I know it's hard to accept a "400%" change, but it is only so for those looking at relatives. In absolutes, it is still a great, great, great value. This price is also peanuts when put in perspective... but that's a whole 'nother subject that I think we've been through. 9. Any specific ideas and suggestions are very welcome. Some specific ideas and opinions from me: 1. Ok. Honestly saying, Ads didn't work, anyhow. 2. Yes, it works even to 954 px window width, that's cool. Would be perfect to make it for smaller resolutions such as 600px width or so for mobile devices. 3. That's not cool at all. Long module titles are cut and instead of "iOS app rebranding" you see "iOS app", instead of "Master Background Switcher" you see "Master Background", instead "Two in one: iOS and Android app rebranding" you see "Two in one: iOS". This is confusing when you are looking for something. If there's 3 columns so will make sense to put module titles at least in two lines. 4. What about if page is 1000px wide and screenshot is 1300px wide? Will it shrink? 5. Large fonts are not needed for large monitors, it looks at least strange. I asking people to write directly to my email instead of Boonex messaging system since sometimes it's a pain to login and reply here on Boonex site when using mobile device. Talking about the messaging system - it's impossible to track the conversations, no time is showed, only dates. Why not to make it in regular online mail style like gMail or so? 6. I see improvements, but there's a lot of things to work with. Some of them was explained in this and other threads. 7. Sales will be low twice: now with 7.1 beta released (btw, why beta is released?) and next time when stable version will be released. 8. I think, since this is a Community, there are no "VIP" should be. We help each other and this is creates the Community. Non-VIP member can help VIP member and vice versa and every person are important. We are all people. 9. This is was, I hope, specific ideas from me.
