We have purchased all the ad-free licenses from boonex and now we are waiting to get them so we can move forward with our site. Since they have already collected our funds we would like the licenses that we have paid for. Has anyone else run into the same problem that we are having. It seems futile with trying to contact anyone there. Any suggestions are welcome. ESPECIALLY FROM BOONEX. Thanks.

I'm waiting for my paid ad free licence too. I have emailed support but not gotten an answer. I have checked in my licence area but it is not there. |
