Videos, songs and embed not working anymore

Hi

Since i did the upgrade, my videos and audio upload is not working anymore for normal video and embed. Neither the thumbnails for youtube videos are showing anymore. The ffmpeg.exe permissions are 777. I am getting this error message. Video upload failed (Video error)

I can still upload videos, audio and youtube files under the band module.

Any idea?
