Videos: /m/videos/ changed to /modules/?r=videos/c

I came in to moderate my website today, when i noticed that the domains of my videos changed.

Example:

The videos category used to be the following domain when i pushed it from main menu

https://www.freedomsafespace.com/m/videos/categories

Now it is

https://www.freedomsafespace.com/modules/?r=videos/categories

The same has been done to all my pages with videos. according to my google analytics, everything was fine until last night. What happened?

It looks like your site lost all enabled permalinks. Go to admin panel->settings->advanced settings->permalinks area and enable all options there.

Thank you so much for quick and simple solution. One of my moderators accepted responsibility for changing values, thinking it would fix something else.

everything works fine now.
