Videos don't get past "pending processing"

Hi all,

I need a little help and advice please.

When I upload a video it gets stuck in pending processing, and is not available to view. My site http://tropicalhainan.com/dolph/index.php is hosted with hostgator, we publish in China so the site has to be hosted here, (no getting around that).

I installed through the standard installer without changing anything, permissions have not been changed. I'm having exactly the same issue with sounds,

I'm not a developer and my coding knowledge is very limited. Can anyone please advise me on this.

It looks like your hosting limit the number of threads your hosting account can create. You can contact your hosting and ask to increase the limit or change the hosting.

I have the same problem but im on dedicated server.
