Video upload problem

I am  using Dolphin7 however I have been unsuccessful in uploading any videos the videos continue to just be in the processing stage any idea what the problem is here?

Do you have the cron job setup and working? Any easy way to tell is you should be getting an email every night around mid-night showing you the database was cleaned. If you aren't getting that email then the cron job isn't working/setup.. the cron job processes the uploaded videos.
