Video upload page showing not installed

when a  user try to upload video it showing not installed on the page after accepting terms and condiction.

Can you please help me fix it?

i am having the same problem.. showing not installed. I double-checked all the proper chmods and verified that they are correct.

Any ideas? I tried it with IE and Firefox.. same error.

Yeah... Go to Admin -> Plug-ins -> Ray Suite -> and enable all your Widgets.
