Video restarts instead of skipping forwards/backwards

Can someone check this for me.

When a video is playing - one that is uploaded to dolphin and not embedded from elsewhere, 

If I click on the progress bar - after the video has rendered, the video will restart from the beginning, instead of skipping to the point that I click on. 

Same happens if I click forwards, or backwards.

Had this issue on 3 servers so far. Just wandering if this is standard for uploaded videos for others as well as myself!

Mine skips to where I click it in the progress bar.

 as it should.....

so whats going on with mine then! same on 3 servers!

Have you tried different browsers?
