Video on Home Page allow everything to slip under video rather than

Hi,

Video on home page allows everything to slide under the video rather than over it. Is there any way I can change it so things fall on TOP of the video?

Example: it goes OVER the bottom menu bar  when you slide the page downwards.

I have a "Help" button (chat window) and it falls under the video rather than over or on top.( Please see snapshot of what I am talking about.)

Also I was told that Google frowns down upon videos on the front page. Is that true?

It's not a dolphin issue. It is a flash issue. You need to modify the embed to include extra parameter so the video will not take foreground over the top of all other page layers.
