Video file Error! File not found.

Hi, I'm fresh in using Boonex Dolphin. I'm using Arvixe Hosting, I can successufully upload and submit the youtube video, but then when I click it to play, it shows "Error! File not found." I had tried to change ffmpg.exe to 777 and 755. But both still can't work. Besides I keep received my crop job mails which contain is "Could not open input file: m:/home/localhost/www/d5605/periodic/cron.php". Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Try setting up your cron job differently.  for the most part Arvixe will not work with the defualt CD cron.  see this post here for other ways to right your cron job.

I had that Problem with arvixe too, but if you go and their website there is a option to talk to support online (24hrs). By telling them what eror you are having and they will fix it for you, it only take a few minutes. they are one of the best when it comes to support.

You said YOUTUBE video?  Youtube videos aren't uploaded to your server, so the cronjob isn't involved.  On your Add Video page, you embed the link they provide to their server.  If error is "file not found," then you have not entered the information correctly.
