Video and music upload problem

Hello first post here, I love this software so far it's honestly everything I've been looking for. Upon making a test username just to try out the features after agreeing to terms of service when trying to upload music or video the browse button doesn't show, and when trying to type in the description and tags it doesn't allow typing in. Can anyone help me? Thanks an advance
