Video Uploads on 7.3.1

I have a question and maybe someone can help.. One of my site I do not let members embed and it is an upload only for video. My question is, Is there a limit on how many videos you can upload?

The reason I ask is I have 495 videos uploaded and now when I try to upload it fails. Is there a limit on how many uploads you can have or maybe the over all size in MB's a member can have in all videos?

If there is that limit how can I set it higher?

I can go to another account and still upload videos, so I am thinking it is a per member limit. I have checked and made sure there was no limits on the membership page. I can upload 600mb files in php and in settings on the video admin. The only thing I can see is if there is a limit hard coded maybe.

What is the error when you try and upload?

Is there any error shown in your web logs?

Do you have a quota set on the hosting service?

There is no any limit on number of files. But you can set limit for number of actions, for example it's possible to set to allow to make 500 uploads. You can check it in Administration > Settings > Membership Levels > click "Actions" near the memberships > click on "videos add" or any other action 

There is no errors.. I do not want a limit either. It is just with that account I can not upload videos anymore. But if I go to another account I can upload the same video that failed from the first account. That is why I was thinking there is a limit. Now I am thinking maybe a limit from server settings?

Ok I just made a new folder under the same account and uploaded the same failed video to the new folder and I can upload video there.. So maybe there is a limit on per-folder or size limit in that folder? Again might be server set-up limits?

 Not trying to set actions but doesn't the action re-set every 24hrs? I thought actions were on a daily base. As to how many view you can have a day.

You can set how often action counter will be reset.

There is no such limit.
