Can anyone tell me how to make the video upload size bigger? How do I change it from 8m?

I have done the search. I did find out how to do it but it didn't work. I changed the php.ini to state the info needed but it didn't change. The php.ini file is correct in my folders but when I checked it online it still has the old information.

There has to be something that I am missing?

Altering the php.ini in the root (of your install) should work, failing that, you need to get your host to alter the php.ini server side.

You can check whether you have the right settings by going into admin/tools/host tools/

You will see three settings to your top right. Click on 'hostparams'.

Check if your settings match.

Good luck

Thank you for your help. But one of the problems is that I don't have "host tools" in my tools. here is all that is in the "tools"

mass mailer

money calculator

data base back up

admin polls

site news

random quotes

banners

modules

and that's it! So now what? I am on the phone with my hosting company now.

What version of Dolphin are you using?

Ask your host to update the server side php.ini
