Video Record- 1 minute is too short

Before I added a new video to the Videos page, I decided to record myself talking about some experience with some new things I got recently. But, the one minute restriction isn't  long enough to talk about them.   Is there a way to change from 1 minute to maybe 5 minutes?  If it's possible, which file I should look at?

Hey Patrick, will it only record for exactly 60 seconds (1 minute) ? I havent tried yet so Im not sure. If you can tell me the exact time it will allow you to record.

yeah, it records up to 60 seconds.  I think it's fairly too short.  I'm still searching for a file where I can change the limit to 5 minutes or 300 seconds.  hmmm

Maybe you could just talk about smaller issues for a shorter period of time?

You guys don't understand what I am trying to do.  I use ASL (American Sign Language)  Welcome to the new world. In order to convey our message we use pictures and it takes some time to create what we are saying. I'm not saying I needed 5 minutes for this. But, the extra time allows for better communication.  I want to be sure my members (who use ASL) have enough time to say what they need to say.  :P

PS. I run a deaf site.

By the way, I don't see many "less-than-a minute" videos on YouTube.  

Why don't you just record it on your PC, then upload it?

I only need to change the time limit from 60 secs to 300 seconds and I'm done.   If that's impossible, then yes, recording on a computer and uploading is the only option.  Hmmm I'm surprised I'm asking a difficult question. 

The question  isn't difficult.... the answer is.  I think the time is hard coded in the recorder flash app.

I did not know you were presenting a video in sign language. If I offended you, I apologize. We were just poking a little fun at you. It was a harmless joke.

Oh no it's okay. I laughed because I was thinking about putting a message up at the end saying "Sorry, your signing skill is too slow.  Please practice some more!" once it hits 60 seconds. I would never do that but it did cross my mind.  Anyway, it sucks that I can't change the time limit.  I think it's best to ask Rayz if he can make some changes for me.
