Video Not Processed. Help me? It makes no sense -_-

Hey, yeah i searched the forum found a few post about this issue. It makes no sense. Everything is like it suppose to be. I installed Dolphin 7.0.9 using Softaculous so am guessing everything should have been installed good. I check job corns thingy and everything is good. I forced the cron.php to run to see if it processing and nothing. Like i said, softaculous installed dolphin with its auto script installed, i doubled check the files permission everything is okay. Php.ini everything is like it suppose to be meeting the requirements for dolphin, i've check hosting tools everything has it as OK. 

So what the heck is the problem? :/ i've waited all day to see if its processed and it doesn't. I cleared cache and everything and nothing. Whyyyyyy?

How to fix this...what the heck is wrong? Please help.

I'll ignore that this is a Softaculous install for a moment.  Are there any emails from Dolphin?

I was going to say something about the Softaculous install also, but held my tongue.

Check server error logs as well. ffmpeg may be encountering a problem.

Also on some server configurations the command line version of php. php-cli which cron uses may use a different php.ini file for settings which may not match what you see reported by dolphin.

If you have access to a shell you may want to create a php script with the phpinfo() command in it and run it from the shell to see if the info returned for memory_limit, ect is enough.

also who is your host? are you on a shared host or what?

Thanks for responding.  Yes I checked admin host tools and have the same as you suggested, but still doesn't work.  I am with Arvixe and I am on a shared host.

OK, if your on a shared host, your not able to edit the php.ini to change the timeout settings.

In your admin panel, Modules>Flash Apps>Video Player>Settings>

make sure to untick "Use H264 Codec" this setting set "on" can make a video take up to 5-6 times longer to process.
