Are you allowing time for the video to process before trying to play it? Do you have your cron job setup correctly? There are several fixes and information out here regarding this. Just use the search feature. Chris Nothing to see here |
Yes, I leave time before treatment and I checked my cron job is doing well. |
Check the permission level of /flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe and make sure it is set to 777 Who is your webhost provider? Chris Nothing to see here |
I checked the permissions of /flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe is 777 My webhost is HOSTGATOR |
Ok, so who is your webhosting with? Also can you post your command for your cron job here so we can verify (mark out your site name with xxxxx). Chris Nothing to see here |

/home/myusernam/public_html/demo/periodic /home/myusernam/public_html/demo/periodic/cron.php /usr/local/bin/php -q cron.php /usr/local/bin/php -q |
Ok, not sure how you may have it setup currently since you have it listed several times. D7 only uses 1 cron job for all processing. So using what you have provided me in your posts, the only command you should see would look like this: * * * * * (for the minutes, days, months, etc.) In the command line, you would have this whole string as one command: /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/myusernam/public_html/demo/periodic/cron.php Chris Nothing to see here |

Some people think yes we have checked the permissions well some ftp programs like wsftp and other they dont set permissions correctly sometimes, so make sure you verify its done properly. Anyways follow these 3 important steps and i don't you think you will have any problems. Cheer |
Okay Now there is a new problem. AVI & WMVs working fine but MP4 again same Error File Not Found. |
i'm running the latest dolphin 7.0.3 and when people are uploading videos they are not processing if you go into admin in the videos module the videos stay in the pending tab for ever! i've tried to adjust the cron manager setting but still not processing, if anyone can @ all help me with this issue, i would really appropriate it! |
@Meonex - Check to see if you have mp4 listed in your file types for videos. If you go into Admin Panel>Modules>Videos> the click the setting button,. you will see that "allowed" video types there. Is mp4 listed? Nothing to see here |
I have this problem also and can't figure it out. The permissions seem to be correct. My chron settings are as follows. Any other ideas? cd /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/periodic; /usr/bin/php -q cron.php |
