 I am having issues with YouTube video embed, using dolphin version: 7.3.3 and having just applied the fix for the facebook issue referred to here: https://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/FacebookLocales-xml.htm (which everything else seems to be working fine)

Go back and check and make sure you applied the fix correctly. The fix should not have any affect on YouTube video embeds. Geeks, making the world a better place |
thanks for the reply. I'm not saying that fix for Facebook file had anything to do with it. I'm not sure if it was working before that as it was not tested beforehand and the site has been dormant for a while. I'm just saying that is the last action taken. Then when I tried to load a video embed into the admin user it failed with the error. clubbeyourself |
I would look elsewhere then for the fault. Make sure that ffmpeg has the proper permissions as it handles creating the thumbnail for the YouTube embed. It may be a bit hard to track down the actual reason. Geeks, making the world a better place |
