I am having a very aggravating time with the Video Chat & Video Commenting Functions...they are not Working whatsoever... I have included a Screenshot so you can see the problem I am having.
I employed the Excellent Services of "ExpertKris" from this community and after FIVE DAYS + we are dumbfounded.
I am asking anyone in this community if you think you can fix this problem I would be so grateful!
I have emailed Boonex directly but have gotten no reply and I am pulling out what little hair I have left!

I haven't seen something like that in years. Back in the day, it meant the horizontal oscillator on your television was out of sync and was running too slow, My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees. |
It has been like this since Installation. Originally thought it was maybe Outdated Flash Settings..nope
Then I upgraded server and Got an RMS going..nothing.
Not really sure at this point what the problem could be, any Devels who think they can rectify this please let me know!
..Anyone know how to get a response from Boonex Support? |
Is it like that for everybody, on any PC? My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees. |
BTW, the title of your post says 'Video Chat Not Working', but your screen shot is of Video Comments. My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees. |
This is the photo of the VIDEO CHAT not working....
It seems that it works "sometimes" only on one or two Members Computers...Not mine or any of my Team.

Yes, let's clear up the problem first; as HL pointed out, this is video comments.
The screenshot looks to be recording; is it the same for anyone anywhere? My first suspect would be the camera and not anything to do with Dolphin or RMS. However, if it does it for everyone then that would rule out camera/cam driver issues.
Geeks, making the world a better place |
So it is not that video chat or comments are not working, as they are working. The problem is the sync of the camera is screwy for some reason. I have a cam connected to my system if you want me to test; PM me a test account login info. Geeks, making the world a better place |
Ok! thanks to "Geek_Girl" for pointing out the obvious to me!
Everything is working fine however we both have "BitDefender" Running along with Ad Blocker and Anti Track Programs running in the background...this caused the distortion.
Be advised, if your camera is distorted make sure it isn't being used or blocked by your settings and your Third Party software.
Special thanks to ExpertKris as well! These Unity Members are Pros. I have no doubt I made the right choice with Dolphin. |
The problem is in Adobe Flash which is build in into Chrome on Mac OSX.
If you install standalone Flash player it should work fine in Safari and Firefox.
