Very Frustrated. Just want to use my free boonex Install

I ordered a Prime License and want to get Boonex to Install Dolphin, but am not having any luck.

I understand that you need an agent before it can be installed, but cannot find out where to do so.  I've gone to unity (logged in) and have seen all 5 agents.  I can see where you can "Like" them "add as friend" and even send them a message, but nothing that says something like: Choose as your agent etc...

It is possible that I may have chosen an agent years back when first experimenting with dolphin, but am not able to find out where I would be able to determine that.

I friended LyubovL, Like'd her and sent her a message regarding all of this as well as requesting her to be my agent if I don't already have one.

I submitted a ticket for installation about 3 days ago saying everything I have just said above, and have yet to get any kind of response.  I just feel really stuck and have no clue how to proceed further.

Can somebody PLEASE point me in the right direction.

@ Nazzal, I have seen that before, but it's still unclear where to actually choose an agent. Again, I have seen the 5 agents while logged into unity, but do not see anything to actually select an agent.   Is there a button I'm missing? Or is there a place in your profile that tells you who your agent is (in case I picked one a long time ago)?

@dolphin_jay Thanks very much and I really appreciate the offer, but I was wanting to use the free installation that came with the prime license as I doubt you're offering to do it free of charge (understandably).
