Version of Dolphin

i want upgrade Dolphin because i see more error in my site, but i dont know the version of my Dolphin installed in my site.

What i see ?

In this file i see this  $site['ver']               = '7.0';

Now if i want update of the last version i proceed for step, or its possible upgrade directly 7.0 versione to 7.0.4 ?

There should be a build number under that, which should tell you the exact version you're using. For example, if the version number is 7.0 and the build number is 2, you're running 7.0.2. You can also check your version number from the dashboard page of the administration panel. If you are not seeing the full version number, it means you're using a fairly older version and will need to check with the previously described method.
