Version 7 or the older one

Hi

I have tried to install the dolphin 7 but was out of luck and not able to install it. Even though I saw some other free online dating sites are using it. The .ext permission would not allow me to install it . I think this version of dolphin looks great but not made for using for online dating sites .   any suggestions?

Edit: Wait a minute: that isn't Dolphin. I'm onto you.
