Vendors 'ILBELLOD' & 'MARTINBOI' still do support?

Hello! Does anyone know tell me if the vendors 'ILBELLODELWEB' and 'MARTINBOI' still support yours modules?

I'm trying to talk to them for almost one week. I have sent more than one email. I even posted in the forum (when there is a support forum). Or is it common for them to take over a week to respond?

Until now I still can not get the update of two modules for lack of support and instructions in relation to the modules. I'm also having problems (bugs) with another module.

If anyone knows anything about them, I thank you for telling me.

we are at work on some updates: MegaProfile, EvoWall, PhotoDeluxe, MobileWall.

We have read the reports about MegaProfile, I've replayed to you on September 23, asking the credentials for your site in order to check this issue.

I've received these informations yesterday.

Anyway, the problem is due to the introduction of the Profile Image with D7.1, when Megaprofile was created there was not this features.

So now we are working for a new version that allow you to disable the avatar icon and thumbnail (and also to uninstall the avatar module).

This will require some time but we are at work, dont worry.

Of course.  I don't spend 24 hours a day in the Boonex forums as I have other business but my modules are fully supported as far as download/installation goes.  Anything beyond that is premium support.

I have tried for a while now and still no response as to how to install the subscription module. If you are going to market your mods on this platform you should have the courtesy to support it. 

Still no responce. what is going on.
