Using Ray Video on another non-dolphin site?

Ok, let's say, I don't want to integrate Ray Video player with dolphin. I want to use it as a stand-alone on my seperate membership site. How would I do that?

Can I install on phpbb forums the same way as dolphin? I know this might be a longshot
