Users vips and users not VIP

Hi! I'm new here, excuse my english, i haven´t practice. Fine, i need having users VIP in my Dolphin. They can look photos, videos, blogs, etc . And, users not VIP, can´t look this elements. Someone can help me, thanks!!!!

Yes make into your adminsection memberships a new membership VIP, give this groep members the rights you want.
Change the rights for the other memberships members.
