Use custom HTML block doesn't work :(

I start wondering if that kind of things are happening only for me, because I cant find anything like this on any forum :/

Well, I uploaded a fresh copy of Dolphin 7 (downloaded from here) to my server, and first thing I want to configure, doesn't work!

I would like to place a custom HTML block instead of Promo images reloading, and in the basic settings, in the promo section, I cant check "Use custom HTML block" i can only use the image reloader. What is wrong with this??

Ok, additional thing: It worked perfectly before, then I deleted all dolphin files in my servwer home directory (because I wasn't sure where I made changes using dolphin for the first time), and uploaded fresh copy of dolphin, and If there is an error in such basic thing, where else can it be?

 You can't remove and upload a new copy of dolphin files without reinstalling it. You will remove header.inc.php thats needed and only created when dolphin is installed.
