I had that problem as well and what I di to fix it is go into the cpanel and change the permissions there to 644 then went into the ftp client and made sure that that same file was set to 644 there as well. Sometimes the cpanel doesn't change the permission correctly. Also you can just click skip and it should move on to the next, if I'm not mistaken
