I have the prime package I'm trying to up load music and video, so my member can also do the same but it get stuck and it say pending why is that,and how can I fix the problem,so my member can start up loading there music video and music.

Your cron job either isn't setup or its setup incorrectly. Are you getting an email every night showing that the database was cleaned up?
