Uploading Images Fix or Not

Many jpg photos are automatically saved from cameras with the file extention as JPG. Note the CAPS. Before Dolphin will accept these images, you have to Click on "Extentions >> Photos >> Settings" from the admin section and add the extion "JPG".

This will allow you to upload these files.

Also, I had to change the Max width of photo (in pixels): and Max Height from 600 to a larger number because photos are usually no smaller than 1600 pixels. However, this creates the next problem. Viewing a larger upload on the front side under photos, shows the original size image in a window that half crops it to conform to the box width in the block.

Is this a bug, am I still missing a setting?

I already have GD Image resize option on from the admin, but it apparently is not working correctly.

any thoughts?
