well - I will need to check it up more detailed. But it can be wrong upload_max file size or other settings

reload php.ini and load the test in your browser

if worx the changes will be seen immediately upon refresh

lower the max execution time also to 900

max_execution_time = 900

have you checked admin - plugins - ray - videoplayer - settings?  Maby there is a maximum upload setting of 10 mb?

Remove all php instructions from .htaccess and put into a php.ini file (in the root of your Dolphin install).

Most hosts these days are using suphp.exe. This is to make the server more secure. It does not allow you to put php instructions in .htaccess, otherwise you will get a server 500 error.
