Upload photo on join option

Can anyone let me know how i can add a photo upload on join option to my website please, i have been trying to copy the photo upload block from the member photos section to paste it to the join fields but cant seem to get to copying it :(

i was hoping it was just a simple code add and i wouldnt have to pay for a mod :

That would be a slap in the face to the guy who went through the trouble of developing the mod. You should just check the pricing....they tend to be cheap.

And KillerHaai, speaking of that mod, could you please provide the link to it? I realized I want it but the Market section doesn't seem to have a search feature (Unless I am retarded...as usual)
