Upload error

I set up the dolphin 6.1.6 locally at my machin.

After create an account and join, I met the troubles

1.    file upload error. when selected file and click upload, the next page always show "file upload error" and some ohter words.

2.    Music uploaded and is listed in account. But when click it, the player is displayed showing playing, but there is no sound at all, in fact the progress cursor remain still at start position. I searched and seem to found ray is not needed for music play. Is that right?

3.   I try to download ray, but can't find it in boonex.com. Old download page seems deleted ?

Can anyone help me ? thanks in advance

If you installed Dolphin 6.1.6 then you have Ray, it comes with Dolphin.

Next up, do you have the server fully configured correctly?

What type of server are you trying to run?  Linux/Windows/Mac?

What is your php version?

What type of Handler are you running?

Do you have a php.ini file and is it configured correctly?

Do you have mod_rewrite enabled?

Do you have globals_on  (Which way is guys?  I keep forgetting if it's on/off or off/on for globals & url inlcude)

Do you have all_urinclude_off

We need a lot more information before we can answer this question.  Answer the above and one of the server gurus will hop in and help you out. 

***NOTE:  Do you have a dedicated IP agreement with a 100 mps connection on your home server?  If not your in for a load of fun with this thing at home.
