Upgrading from 6.1.6

Do the instructions for "From Dolphin 6.1.6 to 7.0. Released on January 15 2010" apply if I am upgrading to 7.0.4? In other words, can I upgrade straight to 7.0.4 from 6.1.6 or do I need to follow a specific order?

Because I don't see a download available for 7.0.0.

you can install directly 7.0.4 in a new folder on your server and migrate all datas from your old 6.1.6 into it
