Upgrading and Updating

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to find where the instructions are for updating and or upgrading my dolphin site from the 6.1.3 (I believe is the version) to the latest version the 6.1.4 and have been unable to locate any info on this... Can someone either point me in the right direction or explain the procedure if possible.
