Upgrade from rc2 to rc3

At first, I had difficulties then I realized I read the english just wrong!

I was supposed to remove the .htaccess file from the /upgrade file first! At first I thought I had to move it to the root folder but keep getting 'forbidden' page until I removed that pesky .htaccess file in the /upgrade. The upgrade worked beautifully.
