Upgrade fee A$5

My support ticket unanswered since 5 days ago. I am the Advanced user account. When looking at my account, I was asked to upgrade my Advanced account for A$5. A payment of $ 5 was made yesterday, but I cannot register/accept my license on my website pages. Hope further assistance from this forum.

See screenshot attached. I cannot register my license. That is why I top up A$5.

Yes, that screen is confusing.  I accidentally did that and then when I realised what I did asked PayPal for a refund and then got my account reduced and could not post to the forums.  Ask Andrew to initial a refund and not PayPal.

You don't need to pay additional.  There may be an issue, contact Andrew.

Ignore that screen in the screenshot.

Go to the top of the screen where it says "Account", click on Account, then click on "Manage Licenses".  That will take you to the screen where you can register your license to a domain.

As I said before, don't ask PayPal to refund that $5 AUD because the server at Boonex will then kick your account down to basic; I found out the hard way on that.
